Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) invites sealed bid from eligible, qualified bidders for the following Service and Goods.

Bid Document Purchase:
- Fee: Non-refundable fee of ETB 400 (Four Hundred Birr) for each bid.
- Payment: Deposit the amount into CBE Account Number 1000000950487 in the name of the Ethiopian Red Cross Society.
- Collection: Collect the document from the ERCS Humanitarian Supply Chain Department Procurement Division, First floor, Office No. 25 (around Stadium, Addis Ababa).
Required Documents (Copies): Bidders must present copies of the following:
- Renewed Trade License for the year 2017 E.C.
- Registration Certificate.
- Tax Identification (TIN) & VAT Registration Certificates.
- Other necessary documents.
Bid Security (Bid Bond):
- Amount: 2% of the total bid offer.
- Form: CPO only (Cash Payment Order) on a separate envelope.
- Validity: The bid security must be valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.
Proposal Submission Format: The submission must consist of four separate sealed envelopes inside a single outer envelope:
- First Envelope: FINANCIAL OFFER (Original)
- Second Envelope: FINANCIAL OFFER (Copy)
- Third Envelope: TECHNICAL OFFER (Clearly labelled)
- Fourth Envelope: Bid Security (CPO only)
The four inner envelopes, including the CPO, must be placed inside an outer envelope that is Stamped, wax sealed, and signed, addressed to the Ethiopian Red Cross Society.
