4. Mandatory Eligibility and Submission Requirements
A. Required Legal Documents (Copies Required)
Bidders shall present copies of the following:
- ✅ Renewed trade license for the year 2017 E.C.
- ✅ Registration certificate
- ✅ Tax Identification (TIN) Certificate
- ✅ VAT Registration Certificate
- ✅ Other necessary documents.
B. Envelope Submission Method (Four-Envelope System)
All offers must be submitted in four separate envelopes enclosed within one stamped and signed outer envelope:
- FINANCIAL OFFER: Two copies (Original and Copy) in a separate sealed envelope.
- TECHNICAL OFFER: Two copies (Original and Copy) in a separate sealed envelope.
- BID SECURITY: The CPO in a separate sealed envelope.
- OUTER ENVELOPE: Stamped, signed, and addressed to the Ethiopian Red Cross Society, containing the three sealed inner envelopes.
