4. Mandatory Eligibility Documents
Failure to provide any of the following documents will result in disqualification:

- Trade license (renewed for the current year).
- Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- Proof of VAT or Income tax payments.
- Evidence of the completed works of comparable value.
- Qualifications of key personnel.
- List of Materials and equipment dedicated to the project.
5. Other Procedures and Conditions
- Bid Preparation Costs: All costs associated with preparing and submitting bids are the responsibility of the bidder and will not be reimbursed.
- Ownership of Proposals: All submitted documents become the property of the organization and will not be returned.
- Publication of Results: Details of the awarded contract may be published; unsuccessful bidders will be notified.
- Rejection of Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with any of the stated conditions will result in automatic rejection.
