📥 Proposal Preparation and Submission Rules

Rule	Detail
Document Marking	The Bid proposals must be clearly marked “Original Bid” and the envelope must be clearly marked “ORIGINAL”.
Signatures	Must be typed or written in indelible ink and signed by the Bidder or duly authorized person(s).
Corrections	No interlineations, erasures, or overwriting allowed, except to correct errors, which must be initialed by the signing person(s).
Envelope Marking	Must indicate the name and address of the Bidder to facilitate return if declared late.
Modification/Withdrawal	Withdrawal requires written notice before the submission deadline. No modification allowed after the deadline.
