📜 Bidding Requirements & Submission Details
1. Document Purchase
- Fee: Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred birr only) – Non-refundable.
- Payment: Through Acct. No. 1000134998028 to the account of CBE Finance department.
- Location: Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Procurement department, Facilities Management Building, 1st Floor, Room No. 101 (Opposite to Vatican Embassy, next to Gibson Youth Academy).
- Requirements: Must present the payment advice, copy of renewed Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate.
- Online Access: Bid documents can also be accessed online from https://extratenders.net.
2. Bid Security (EMD)
- Amount: As specified per LOT (e.g., Lot I requires Birr 30,000.00).
- Format: Must be in the form of Irrevocable and Unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O.). EMD in any other form is not acceptable.
- Submission: The EMD must be submitted in a separate envelope on or before the closing time.
3. Submission
- All bid proposals must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at the CBE Facilities Management Building meeting hall on the ground floor.
