✅ Bid Requirements
Interested bidders must adhere to the following conditions:
- License: Must have a valid and renewed business license for the current Ethiopian fiscal year. Unrenowned licenses will not be accepted.
- VAT Registration: Only VAT-registered suppliers are eligible.
- Pricing: Prices must be inclusive of VAT and submitted strictly using the DEC bid format.
- Specifications: Bids with specifications below or above the stated requirements will be automatically rejected.
- Submission: Late bids will not be accepted.
- Detailed List: Bidders may collect detailed specifications and quantity lists from the DEC Coordination Office.
