1. Copy of Renewed & Relevant business license.
2. Copy of VAT / TOT Registration Certificate.
3. Copy of TIN Certificate.
4. Technical & Financial Proposal (should be submitted separately).

📝 Submission and Collection Instructions

• Document Acquisition: Bid instruction documents and detailed specifications can be obtained in hardcopy form from Plan International Ethiopia, Gambella Area Office.
• Rejection Clause: Bidders who did not obtain the Bidding Document (TOR) directly from Plan International Ethiopia (PIE) will be rejected during evaluation.
• Address: Plan International Ethiopia, Gambella Program Area, Gambella, Ethiopia, in front of the United Fuel Station.
