SIINQEE BANK SHARE COMPANY invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of two lots of items.

• Procurement Reference Number: SB/NCB/26/2025/26

• Condition: Bid proposal price and delivery time should be unconditional.

Note: Late bids will not be accepted. If the opening date falls on a public or government holiday, the bid will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

💰 Financial and Document Requirements

1. Bidding Document Fee (Non-refundable): Br 1,500.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred Birr Only) for each LOT.

2. Document Acquisition: Documents can be obtained from the Procurement Management office at Kazanchis Odaa Tower 5th floor.

   • Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) and Saturday (8:30 am to 12:30 pm), except on holidays.

3. Bid Security (Bid Bond):

   • Amount: As stated in the table above (ETB 300,000 for Lot I and ETB 500,000 for Lot II).

   • Form: Bank Guarantee (CPO) in favour of Siinqee Bank S.C from recognized banks.

   • Validity: Must be valid for at least 120 days after the technical bid opening date.

4. Bid Validity: The bid validity period shall be 90 days after the technical bid opening.

• Bids must be submitted in one original and one copy, properly filled in, signed, and stamped.

• Bids should be dropped in the Tender Box at the Procurement Management office located at Odaa Building 5th floor.
