HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation invites competent bidders to provide laptops for their Transformative Rural Access for Improved Livelihoods (TRAIL) project.

1. Important Deadlines

• Submission Deadline: Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

• Bid Opening: Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 11:30 AM.

• Status: ACTIVE / RE-BID (Second Chance).

2. How to Obtain Bid Documents

Interested suppliers must collect the physical bid document from the HELVETAS office.

• Fee: Non-refundable Birr 1,000.

• Location: Gurd Shola area (see address below).

3. Submission Requirements

• Format: Offers must be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope.

• Labeling: The envelope must be clearly marked: “Bid for Supply and Delivery of Laptops.”
