2. Bid Document Acquisition
- Fee: Birr 300 (non-returnable fee).
- Payment Location: Hijra Bank S.C. Olympia Square Nejashi branch (in cash).
- Collection Location: Office of Facility and Supply management, Olympia square road to Bambis 1st floor new building next to Hijra bank.
3. Submission Requirements
A. Legal Eligibility Documents
Bidders must provide copies of the following:
- Renewed Trade License.
- VAT Registration Certificate.
- Tax Clearance certificate.
- TIN Certificate.
- FDRE registration supplier list (Bidders must be registered on this list).
B. Bid Security
- Amount: Birr 100,000.00.
- Form: CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee only.
- Name: In the name of “Hijra Bank”.
- Validity: Valid for 120 days.
- Submission: In a separate sealed envelope attached with the technical part of the bid document.
C. Proposal Format
- The complete bid must be submitted in one original, clearly marked “ORIGINAL”, and one copy, clearly marked “COPY”.
- Each of the Original and Copy documents must be separately signed and sealed. In the event of discrepancy, the Original will prevail.
- Both Original and Copy must be submitted together in a single outer envelope.
- The outer envelope must be sealed and clearly marked with the bid name: “Bid document for Delivery of Counter and Cage”.
Note: Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
