2. Mandatory Requirements for Bidders
Interested suppliers must provide a written application along with original copies of the following legal documents:
- Copy of Renewed & Relevant Business License.
- Copy of VAT Registration Certificate.
- Copy of TIN Certificate.
- Bid Security Bond of 5% of the bid amount by CPO or Bank Guarantee in the name of ZOA from relief to recovery.
- Relevant document which can show past performance and experience.
- Must be a Right Category Supplier.
