Ethiopian Railways Corporation We are writing to formally invite all esteemed company to supply of Fuel (Gasoil) products under our predefined conditions to support our ongoing Abobo_Meti Upgarding Contract II Kubio Mazoria-Meti-Km -76+00 Road Maintenance project in the construction sector.

Organized Invitation: Ethiopian Railways Corporation – Diesel Fuel Supply

1. General Contract Overview

Submission Period	Starting from Oct. 19, 2025 to Nov. 01, 2025 G.C.
Proposal Required	Financial and Technical Proposal

2. Preliminary Conditions for Supply

Condition	Requirement Detail
Product Quality	Fuel products must comply with Ethiopian fuel quality specifications.
Delivery Schedule	Timely delivery to the specified project site as per the given schedule.
Volume Commitment	As per the monthly volume schedule provided upon agreement.
Pricing Structure	Prices shall remain unchanged during the agreement’s life. Exception: Price changes established by the Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration or other competent Government Authority (including transport tariff) will be passed on to the buyer.
Vendor Pricing	The vendor must supply at the official aerial price stated by the Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration for each delivery location.

3. Payment Terms

Standard Term	Payment is due Upon delivery.
Advance Payment	30% advance payment for each delivery is possible.
Security for Advance	Advance payment requires the provision of an Unconditional Bank Guaranty or a CPO of equivalent amount.
Security Release	The Bank Guaranty/CPO will be totally released when the payment is effected for the delivery.
