Submission Structure:
- The Technical and Financial offers must be placed together in a sealed envelope, in one package.
- The original document must be in one package, while the copy must be in another package.
- The envelope must state the Contract Title and Bid Ref. No.
4. Mandatory Eligibility and Financial Requirements
- Bid Document Fee: Non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00.
- Bid Bond Amount: 1% of the total bid amount (including 15% VAT).
- Bid Bond Form: C.P.O. or Unconditional Bank Guarantee only. (Bid bond in any other form is not acceptable).

- VAT Certificate
- Tax Payer’s Identification (TIN) Certificate
