The winning bidder must submit 10% of the award amount before contract signing. |

Bidders must clearly specify their price and indicate whether the bank will arrange a Letter of Credit (LC) or not. |
B. Submission and Required Documents
- Proposal Format: Financial and Technical proposals must be submitted in separately sealed envelopes for each lot.
- Bid Bond: The corresponding Bid Bond for each lot (listed in Section 1) must be in the form of a CPO or Bank Guarantee issued in the name of “Wegagen Bank S.C.” and submitted in the technical proposal or a separately sealed envelope.
- Legal Credentials (Obligatory):
- Copy of Trade License.
- Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Copy of TIN (Tax Identification Number).
- Copy of VAT Registration Certificate.
C. Sample Submission (Lot 2 Only)
- Bidders for Lot 2 (Bank Formats) must submit high-quality samples with their bid proposals (This is Mandatory).
