Water and Land Resource Center (WLRC) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of the following Construction and Planting materials:

3. Financial and Legal Requirements

Bidding Document Fee	ETB 300 (Three Hundred Birr), non-refundable.
Bid Security	2% of the total bid amount.
Form of Bid Security	CPO only (Cash Payment Order), enclosed in a separate sealed envelope.
Bid Security Validity	Must be valid for at least 28 days beyond the bid validity period.

Mandatory Legal Documents

Bidders must submit valid and renewed copies of:

Trade License for the year 2017 E.C.
Business Registration Certificate
Tax Identification Number (TIN)
VAT Registration Certificate
Current Tax Clearance Certificate
Any other relevant supporting documents.

4. Submission Instructions

Bidders must submit documents for each Lot separately in a specific format:

Technical Offer (Envelope 1): Clearly marked “TECHNICAL OFFER for Lot [Number]”. Must include detailed specifications.
Financial Offer – Original (Envelope 2): Clearly marked “FINANCIAL OFFER – ORIGINAL for Lot [Number]”.
Financial Offer – Copy (Envelope 3): Clearly marked “FINANCIAL OFFER – COPY for Lot [Number]”.

These three envelopes, along with the separate sealed envelope for the Bid Security, must be enclosed in a single outer envelope, which must be properly sealed, signed, and addressed to the WLRC.
