2. Key Dates and Deadlines

3. Bidding Document Acquisition

Fee: A non-refundable fee of Birr 230.00 (Two hundred thirty Birr).

Payment Method: Deposit fee into Account Number IN0403007 at any Hibret Bank branch.

Pickup Location: Procurement Division, Hibret Tower, 19th Floor (Located in Lideta sub-city, in front of Addis Ababa University School of Commerce).
4. Submission and Opening Instructions

Submission Format: Each bid must be presented in a sealed envelope and strictly in accordance with the instructions provided in the bid document.

Submission Address: Hibir Tower, 19th Floor.

Opening Address: Hibret Bank Head Office, Hibir Tower, 4th Floor.

Attendance: Bidders or their representatives may choose to attend the bid opening.
5. Important Conditions & Requirements

Bid Guarantee: Bidders must furnish a guarantee from a bank other than Hibret Bank.

Compliance: Failure to observe the instructions and conditions provided in the bid document will constitute grounds for rejection from competition. Interest bidders are advised to review the document carefully.
