1. Legal Documents: Bidders are required to submit copies of the following valid and renewed documents:

   • Renewed valid trade license (indicating the stream of business specific to the business category).

   • TIN number.

   • VAT registration certificate.

   • Valid tax clearance certificate.

   • Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency’s suppliers list registration certificate.

2. Bid Security:

   • Amount: ETB 130,000.00.

   • Form: Must be submitted in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee.

   • Validity: Shall be valid for 120 days.

3. Bidding Document Purchase:

   • Fee: Non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr).

   • Payment: Payment must be made through Telebirr.

   • Collection: Documents must be collected from the ECX – Head Quarter Procurement Division, Chelelek Al-Sam Tower 7th floor, office# 708, during office hours.

4. Bid Submission: Bids must be submitted to the bid box located at Chelelek Al-Sam Tower 7th floor – Procurement Division Office# 708.

Important: Any bid that arrives after the 2:00 PM deadline will be rejected and returned unopened. ECX reserves the right to reject any bid partially or in full.
