📜 Bidding Requirements

 

  1. Bid Document Purchase:
    • Fee: Non-refundable fee of ETB 100.00 (One hundred Birr) for each lot.
    • Payment Location: Deposit fee into Account No. 7002010800001 at the Payment and settlement Directorate (NBE Building-2, sub-basement floor).
    • Collection Location: Procurement team office (NBE Building-2, ground floor) during office hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:00 PM).
  2. Eligibility Documents: Bidders shall present copies of:
    • Renewed Trade License for the 2017 E.C.
    • Renewed Main Registration Trade License 2017/2018 E.C.
    • Tax Identification Number (TIN).
    • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
    • VAT Registration Certificate.
    • Other necessary documents.
  3. Bid Security (Bid Bond):
    • Amount: 2% of the Total Bid Price.
    • Form: CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee.
  4. Submission: Bids must be submitted to the specially prepared Tender Box on or before the indicated closing dates and times. The bid reference number must be indicated on the bid document.
  5. Mandatory Site Visit (Important): For Bid No. 3 and Bid No. 5, attending the specified site visit is mandatory.
