Required Documents for Collection: Copy of renewed Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate must be presented when collecting the bid document.
Bid Bond Form: The Earnest Money Deposit (ETB 255,000.00) must be in the form of an Unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O.) only. Bid bond in any other form is not acceptable.
Submission: The EMD/Bid Bond must be submitted in a separate envelope before the EMD deadline.
