Jhpiego Ethiopia is looking to rent a compact warehouse facility in a central location to support its health sector operations.

1. Core Requirements (The Must-Haves)

To be eligible, your property must meet these 6 strict criteria:

• Size: Between 100–120 m² (compact and manageable).

• Location: Within a 10 km radius of Meskel Square (Central Addis).

• Compliance: Valid business license, TIN, and/or Land/Property Ownership Certificate.

• Utilities: Reliable access to electricity and water.

• Standards: Must be secure, accessible for vehicles, and suitable for storage.

• Agreement: Owners must be willing to sign a formal contractual rental agreement.

2. Important Deadlines

• Request Documents From: Monday, March 23, 2026.
