💰 Submission and Document Requirements
1. Bid Document Purchase:

Fee: ETB 300 (Three Hundred Birr), non-refundable.

Location: WLRC Procurement and Property Administration Unit, 1st Floor (Lamberet, behind Ministry of Mines).
2. Bid Security (CPO):
-
Amount: Equal to 2% of the total bid amount.

Form: CPO only (Cash Payment Order).
-
Validity: Must be valid for at least 28 days beyond the bid validity period.

Submission: Must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope.
3. Submission Format:
All documents must be submitted in three separate sealed envelopes, which are then enclosed in a single, properly sealed and signed outer envelope:

Envelope 1: Technical Offer (must include detailed proposal).

Envelope 2: Financial Offer – ORIGINAL.

Envelope 3: Financial Offer – COPY.
4. Mandatory Legal Documents:
Bidders must submit valid and renewed copies of the following:

Trade License for the year 2017 E.C.

Business Registration Certificate.
-
Tax Identification Number (TIN).

VAT Registration Certificate.
-
Current Tax Clearance Certificate.

Any other relevant supporting documents.
