Bidders must meet the following criteria to avoid automatic rejection:

Lot One Specific: Bidders for Uniforms must be local textile or garment manufacturers capable of domestic production.

Legal Documents: Must present a renewed Trade License in a similar field, TIN Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate.

Documentation Fee: A non-refundable 200 ETB fee paid via bank deposit.

4. Collection & Submission Process
Collection

Location: BGI Ethiopia (Mexico Area), next to Tegbareid Polytechnic College, Procurement Department, 3rd Floor.

Requirement: Present the bank deposit slip and legal licenses.

Mandatory Info: Bidders must provide their Lot Number, direct phone line, cell number, and email address accurately at the time of collection.
Submission

Location: Deposit proposals in the designated Bid Box at the BGI Procurement Department (3rd Floor).

Format: Technical and Financial offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope using the template provided in the bid document.

Bid Bond: A 100,000 ETB CPO (or equivalent bank guarantee) must be submitted in the name of “BGI Ethiopia Plc” along with the financial offer.
