Required Submission Documents (Profile & Qualification)

Qualified and interested audit firms are requested to submit the following documents:

• Firm Profile: General profile of the audit firm.

• Team Qualification: Qualification and experiences of the audit team.

• Annual Audit Fee: Proposed annual audit fee, including VAT.

Required Legal Documents

• Renewed Trade License of the current year.

• Chartered Certified Accountants Certificate.

• Certificate of compliance from the office of the Federal Auditor General.

• VAT and TIN registration certificates.

Expected Deliverables

Auditors are expected to produce and submit:

• Audit Report

• Internal Control Memorandum (ICM)
